SOL Assists is one platform for an institution's students, staff and parents: its people, academics, operations and communication, with clear visibility for management. We build it in India, for schools, colleges and institutes, and for the groups that run several of them. (You may also see it written SolAssists or Sol Assist.)
An institution's work, kept in one place.
The register in one book, marks in a spreadsheet, fees in a ledger, the timetable on a wall and parents in a chat group. Each is right on its own. None of them agrees with the others, and nobody can answer a question about last term without asking three people.
SOL Assists puts those on one structure, gives every person a sign-in that shows exactly their part of it, and keeps the history of what changed.
One structure, every module on it
A group exists before a learner is placed in it; faculty are assigned before a session is timetabled. When every module reads the same structure, the register, the timetable and the reports cannot disagree.
Permission is not a job title
What a person may do, and on which part of the institution, is decided on the server on every request. A faculty member sees their own groups; a campus head their campus; nobody sees another institution.
Records keep their history
A changed mark keeps what it was and who changed it. A promotion closes the old placement rather than overwriting it. When somebody asks about last March, there is an answer.
