The weekly timetable names a teacher, room and class clash before it is saved. When a teacher applies for leave, the periods affected are listed and covered or cancelled, and the cover teacher is told. Staff attendance, shifts and employment records live in the same place.

Does it work for CBSE, ICSE and state board schools?
Yes. SOL Assists does not depend on the board. Classes, sections, subjects, terms, exams and grade bands are defined by your school, so a CBSE school, an ICSE school and a state board school each set it up the way they already work.
Does it have a parent app?
Yes. The SOL Assists app is for parents, students, teachers and staff. Parents see their own children's attendance, timetable, homework, results, fee bills and receipts, and get a notification the moment their child arrives at school.
Can it do biometric or face-recognition attendance?
Yes. Face-recognition devices at the gate record arrivals and departures, and parents are alerted at once. Teachers can also mark a register by hand. RFID cards and WhatsApp alerts are not available yet.
