Coaching institute management software for batches, fees and parents.
A coaching institute lives on batches, fee instalments and keeping parents confident. SOL Assists records every student in a batch, marks attendance at the door or in the room and tells parents at once, tracks instalments and dues, publishes test results, and shares notes and papers with each batch in the app.
What a coaching institute usually puts up with.
- Parents calling to ask whether their child reached the class
- Instalments tracked in a diary and chased from memory
- Test marks typed into a spreadsheet and photographed to a group
- Notes and papers scattered across WhatsApp groups
What SOL Assists does for a coaching institute.
Each item below is a screen in the app today, not a roadmap.
Batches, courses and centres
Set up your centres, courses and batches in your own names: a Class 10 foundation batch, a JEE weekend batch, an evening batch for working students. Students are placed in a batch, faculty are assigned to it, and the timetable, attendance, tests and material all follow from that.
- Centres, courses and batches in your own names
- Students placed in batches, faculty assigned to them
- Several centres under one account
Admissions from enquiry to seat
Enquiries become applications, applications are decided and allocated to a batch, and enrolment creates the student with their guardian linked and invited. Bulk import brings an existing register in from a spreadsheet, all rows or none.
- Enquiry to enrolment in one flow
- Guardian linked and invited
- Bulk import of existing students
Attendance parents can see
Mark a batch in a tap, or let a face-recognition device at the door record arrivals. Parents get a notification the moment their child arrives, and a notice at night if the child was not recorded present. That one feature settles most of the calls a front desk takes.
- Tap-to-mark or face recognition at the door
- Instant arrival alert to parents
- Nightly absence notice
Fee instalments and dues
Course fees as structures with instalments, bills raised per student, part payments recorded against them, numbered receipts, concessions and reversals, and a live view of every student who still owes. Parents see their own bills and receipts in the app, so the conversation about dues starts informed.
- Instalments as fee structures
- Part payments and concessions
- Dues list always current
Tests, results and progress
Set up weekly tests and full-length papers per batch, enter marks, apply grade bands, and publish results to students and parents in the app. Each student's progress is visible test by test, and toppers and subject rankings come from the same marks.
- Tests per batch with marks history
- Results published to the app
- Toppers and subject rankings
Study material and announcements
Notes, homework, assignments and papers are published to a batch and appear in each student's feed, with parents told. Announcements reach the whole institute, one centre or one batch, now or scheduled, with every delivery tracked. Timetable changes and cover are notified the moment they are made.
- Material per batch, in the app
- Announcements now or scheduled
- Timetable changes notified

Questions coaching institutes ask us.
Is SOL Assists suitable for a small coaching institute?
Yes. The structure is yours to set, so a single centre with three batches sets up in an afternoon with the setup checklist, and the same account grows to several centres later.
Can parents see fee dues and pay instalments?
Parents see their child's fee bills, instalments paid and receipts in the app, and the institute sees who still owes. Payments are recorded by the institute; online payment inside the app is not available yet.
Does it send WhatsApp or SMS alerts to parents?
Alerts arrive as notifications in the SOL Assists app and in the inbox on the web. WhatsApp alerts are coming soon and are not available today.
Can students see test results and ranks?
Yes. Results are published to students and parents in the app the moment the institute publishes them, with each student's progress test by test. Toppers and subject rankings are available to the institute in reports.
Does it work for tuition centres and single-subject classes?
Yes. A tuition centre is one centre with a few batches. Attendance alerts, instalment tracking, tests and study material work the same way.
Your students' data, kept safe.
Student records hold children's details, family contacts and ID documents. This is how we protect them. We do not claim certifications we have not earned.
- People see only what their role allows
- Each institution's data kept separate
- A record of every important change
- Documents shared by short-lived links
- Aadhaar numbers stored encrypted
- Accounts by invitation, never shared passwords
