Privacy notice

This notice covers solassists.com, the public website. It does not cover the SOL Assists application itself, which is governed by the agreement between us and the organization that operates it.

Where an organization uses SOL Assists to hold learner records, that organization decides what is collected and why. We process that data on their instructions.

We collect only what you send us. If you complete the demo request form, we receive:

• Your name and work email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give one
• Your organization name and type
• The approximate number of learners in your organization
• The areas you told us you are interested in, and any message you wrote

We use these details to reply to you, to arrange a walkthrough, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.

We keep enquiry details for as long as the conversation is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete them, we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@solassists.com and we will handle it.

If this notice changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page.
